BRUXEC ADVISORY · TRANSACTION SAFETY

Escrow, explained.

Escrow is an arrangement in which an agreed third party holds payment until the transaction's specified conditions are met. It can help buyers and sellers reduce payment and delivery uncertainty.

How escrow works

01 · AGREEMENT

Agree on the terms

The buyer and seller agree on the amount, deliverables, deadlines, fees and release conditions before sending funds.

02 · DEPOSIT

Payment is held

The buyer sends payment using the escrow provider's verified process. Confirm receipt through the provider's official channel.

03 · DELIVERY

The transaction proceeds

The seller provides the agreed goods or services, and both parties keep records of delivery and communication.

04 · RELEASE

Funds are released

Funds are released or a dispute is handled according to the terms agreed in advance and the provider's procedures.
