Getting Started

What does BRUXEC Advisory do?

BRUXEC Advisory provides consultancy and support in areas such as online reputation, public relations, digital communications, search visibility and platform-policy guidance. The exact scope depends on your request.

How do I request a service?

Use the enquiry form on the homepage or contact us through Telegram. Describe your situation, the service you are considering, relevant links and your desired outcome. Please do not include passwords or wallet recovery phrases.

What information should I include?

Share a concise description of the issue, relevant public URLs, the platform involved, any important deadlines and what you would like to achieve. Only provide information you are authorised to share.

Do you accept every request?

No. Each request is reviewed individually. We may decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, outside our capabilities or inconsistent with the policies of relevant platforms.

Pricing and Payments

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, urgency and deliverables. We aim to clarify the proposed scope and fee before work begins. Ask for a quote for your specific requirements.

Do I need to pay before work starts?

Payment arrangements are confirmed for each engagement. Do not pay until you understand the agreed service, fee, scope and payment instructions.

Are payments refundable?

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started or a service has been delivered. Any cancellation or refund is subject to the agreed engagement terms and applicable law, including rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Can I request a cancellation?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a request. Any refund or adjustment depends on the work already performed, the terms agreed and applicable law.

Results and Timelines

Do you guarantee results?

No. Third-party platforms, publishers, search engines and other organisations make their own decisions. We do not guarantee content removal, media placement, search rankings, account reinstatement, review outcomes or a specific response time unless expressly agreed in writing and legally permissible.

How long does a service take?

Timelines vary with the service, complexity, available evidence and the response times of third parties. We can discuss an estimated timeline once the request has been reviewed.

Can you remove any online content?

No. Removal depends on the content, applicable law, platform policies and the decision of the relevant platform or publisher. We can help assess available reporting or escalation options but cannot promise removal.

Will you guarantee media coverage or publication?

No. Editorial decisions belong to publishers. We can discuss PR strategy and outreach options, but coverage, publication, links and editorial outcomes are not guaranteed unless a specific lawful deliverable is explicitly agreed.

Reputation, Digital and Reviews

Can you help with impersonation or privacy concerns?

We can help assess the issue, organise relevant evidence and identify appropriate platform reporting or escalation channels. Any action taken by the platform remains its decision.

Can you help with search visibility?

We can review online presence concerns and discuss appropriate SEO, content and reputation strategies. Search engine rankings and indexing decisions cannot be guaranteed.

Can you help with reviews?

We can provide review-response guidance and help prepare policy-based reports or appeals where there is a reasonable basis. We do not promise the removal of reviews, and review-platform rules and decisions apply.

Do you create fake reviews or false evidence?

No. We do not accept requests for fabricated evidence, deceptive reviews, fraudulent activity or other misleading conduct. Any review-related support must follow applicable law and platform rules.

Proof, Privacy and Communication

Will I receive proof of work?

Proof of work, progress updates or delivery confirmation will be provided when reasonably possible and appropriate to the engagement. Confidentiality or third-party restrictions may limit what can be shared.

Will my enquiry be kept confidential?

We handle enquiry information with care and use it to assess and respond to your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data. Any confidentiality commitments are subject to the specific agreement and applicable law.

How will you update me?

Communication arrangements depend on the engagement and may be agreed through email or Telegram. Please use the agreed contact channel for questions or relevant updates.

How do I contact BRUXEC Advisory?

Use the enquiry form on our website, email [email protected], or message t.me/BRUXEC.

Escrow and Transactions

Does BRUXEC provide escrow directly?

The Escrow page lists third-party contacts. Read the displayed terms carefully and independently verify the provider, account, fee and transaction conditions before sending funds.

Are listed escrow providers guaranteed to be safe?

No. A BRUXEC listing or review is not a guarantee of funds, a regulatory certification or a promise that a transaction will succeed. Independently verify the provider and never share passwords or wallet recovery phrases.

Who sets escrow fees and release conditions?

Confirm the applicable fee, supported transaction types, deposit instructions, release conditions and dispute process directly with the provider before proceeding.

What if I have a dispute?

Review the written terms agreed with the relevant provider and contact them through a verified channel. Do not assume that a listing means BRUXEC controls or guarantees a third-party transaction.

Terms and Enquiries

Where can I read the Terms of Service and Refund Policy?

Visit the Terms & Refunds page at /terms/ for information about payments, refunds, lawful requests, use of deliverables and proof of work.

Does contacting BRUXEC mean my order is accepted?

No. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or create a commitment to deliver a service. Scope, price, timeline and deliverables should be confirmed before payment or work begins.

What if my question is not listed here?

Send us an enquiry with your question and enough context for us to understand your needs. We will review it and respond when possible.

Still have a question?

Tell us what you need and we'll review your enquiry. Service scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
