Terms of Service & Refunds.
Please review these terms before purchasing or requesting a service from BRUXEC Advisory.
Important: By contacting BRUXEC Advisory to discuss or request services, you acknowledge these terms. A service engagement may also be subject to specific written terms agreed with you.
01 / Paid Services
All services are paid services unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables should be confirmed before work begins. Please provide accurate information and raise any questions before making payment.
02 / Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started or a service has been delivered, including where time, research, preparation or other work has already been performed. Before work begins, contact BRUXEC Advisory promptly if you need to cancel or change an order; any refund or adjustment will be assessed against the circumstances and the terms agreed for that engagement.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where a specific written agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise, it will apply to the extent required.
03 / Lawful and Permitted Requests
Do not request illegal, fraudulent, scam-related, deceptive or otherwise harmful work. BRUXEC Advisory may decline, pause or terminate a request that appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe, outside the agreed scope or inconsistent with applicable platform rules. Any payment or refund in such circumstances will be handled subject to the applicable law and the engagement terms.
04 / Results and Use of Deliverables
BRUXEC Advisory provides consultancy and support within the agreed scope. Third-party platforms, publishers, search engines and other organisations make their own decisions. Specific outcomes, removals, placements, rankings, approvals or response times are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing and legally permissible.
You are responsible for how you use the information, recommendations and deliverables provided, and for ensuring your own use complies with applicable law and relevant third-party rules. To the extent permitted by law, BRUXEC Advisory is not responsible for unauthorised, unlawful or out-of-scope uses of its work.
05 / Proof of Work
Proof of work, progress updates or delivery confirmation will be provided when reasonably possible and appropriate to the service. Some work may involve confidential information, third-party restrictions or processes that cannot be fully disclosed. Any proof provided will not necessarily reveal private information belonging to other clients or third parties.
06 / Communication and Agreement
By contacting BRUXEC Advisory, you acknowledge that you have read these terms. Contact alone does not guarantee acceptance of an order or create a commitment to deliver a service. The specific scope, fee, timeline and deliverables should be confirmed before payment or commencement of work.
